Registration of transfer of ownership of property, from offer to purchase through to lodgement and registration at the Deeds Office. We handle bond registrations and cancellations, sectional title transfers, and the structuring of property transactions, including facilitating developments from inception to completion.
Civil, Criminal & General Litigation
Representation in the Magistrates' and High Courts across civil claims, commercial disputes and criminal matters. Work covers pleadings and court appearances, debt recovery, contractual disputes, and bail and trial representation, drawing on experience gained in both prosecution and private practice.
Drafting of Contracts
Commercial agreements drafted and reviewed so your position is clear before you sign. This includes sale and lease agreements, shareholder and partnership agreements, loan and suretyship documents, and service contracts, with attention to the clauses that determine what happens when a deal goes wrong.

We also attend to the full administration of deceased estates, reporting to the Master of the High Court, dealing with executors, liquidation and distribution accounts, and the transfer of estate property to heirs.
