Morné Binedell


Morné studied at Stellenbosch University and graduated from the University of South Africa. He started his career and worked as Public Prosecutor for several years before being admitted as an attorney on 5 May 2000 and further qualified as a conveyancer in 2006.

“I have experience in most major fields of the law, more particularly Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Family and Commercial Law, and now concentrates on Conveyancing, structuring property transactions and facilitating developments from its inception to completion.  I am passionate about and dedicated to the law, my practice and my clients.”

Jacques Wilkinson


After concluding his studies at Stellenbosch University in 2009, Jacques worked as a Research Assistant for two years at the aforesaid University, before completing his term of clerkship at a well-known firm in Parow.  Since being admitted as an attorney, February 2014, he has been practicing as an attorney at Morné Binedell Attorney & Conveyancer.  “My fields of expertise extend to Civil- and Criminal Litigation, Family Law, Commercial Law, and Labour Law.  I pride myself on providing my clients with good quality work while striving to protect their interests in a fair and efficient manner.”

Marnis von Weidts


Marnis studied and completed his LLB at North-West University at the Potchefstroom Campus.

Suzanne Esterhuizen


Suzanne has been with Morné Binedell Attorney & Conveyancer since its inception and employed as a Conveyancing Paralegal. Her main area of expertise is handling of property transfers.

“I have more than 16 years’ experience in conveyancing.  I attend to registration of transfers as well as other aspects of conveyancing.”

Elizma Mostert


Elizma completed her studies for Paralegal and Conveyancing at the South African Law School in Cape Town during 2014 – 2015.  Before joining Morné Binedell Attorney and Conveyancer she assisted Lister Nuku and other attorneys with administration and drafting of marriage contracts.

She is currently employed as one of the key administrative and general litigation and conveyancing responsibilities within the firm.  “I learn and gain invaluable knowledge each day as I enjoy executing my responsibilities at Morné Binedell Attorney and Conveyancer.”
